This site has been created to help you learn how to lead the hymn portion of Church services. There is, of course, plenty of information readily available about the public speaking portion of that assignment.

Conducting, though, is a specialized skill, and you might not know where to start. How should you stand? Which pattern should you use? When should you cut off the song? How do you use your gestures to benefit the congregation?
